Welcome to Fresh To House. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. About Us

FreshToHouse is based in Kilimanoor, Kerala, and delivers fresh fish directly from the harbor to your doorstep. We source directly from fishermen to ensure freshness, taste, and trust — without middlemen or frozen stock.

2. Service Area

We currently serve customers in Kerala, with deliveries subject to serviceability in your area.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders can be placed through our website, app (if applicable), or by calling our customer service.
  • Prices are subject to change based on market rates and product availability.
  • Payments can be made online or in cash upon delivery (if COD option is provided).

4. Order Cancellation

  • Customers may cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it — either online or by contacting our customer service. Any advance paid will be refunded.
  • Express Delivery orders cannot be canceled as they are processed and shipped immediately.
  • To avoid disputes, please inspect the product seal before accepting delivery. Once accepted, FreshToHouse will not be liable for damage claims.
  • FreshToHouse reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
    • Product unavailability
    • Suspected fraudulent activity
    • Violation of these terms and conditions

5. Delivery Policy

  • Deliveries are made on the scheduled date and time slot chosen by Fresh To House.
  • Delays may occur due to weather, harbor schedules, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • As we sell perishable goods, returns are not accepted once the order is delivered and accepted by the customer.
  • Refunds will be processed for valid cancellations or cases where Fresh To House is unable to fulfill the order.

7. User Responsibilities

By using our platform, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when placing an order
  • Accept delivery at the agreed address and time
  • Not misuse our website, app, or services

8. Changes to Terms

Fresh To House may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted and continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
